PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control device and a braking force control method which can suppress a vehicle from moving in a direction different from a direction in which a driver intends to move the vehicle when restarting the vehicle on a sloped road.SOLUTION: When the slope of a travel road surface L is larger than a slope threshold value, in a state where starting operation is not detected, braking torque required for holding a stopped state of a vehicle C is calculated depending on the slope of the travel road surface. When the starting operation is detected, driving torque for generating the driving torque required for holding stop for holding the stopped state of the vehicle is calculated depending on the slope of a travel road surface. When the driving torque is increased up to the driving torque required for holding stop, total torque determined by totalling driving torque according to operation amounts of an acceleration/deceleration pedal 22 and the driving torque required for holding stop and generation of braking torque is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】勾配路の再発進時に、運転者の意図と異なる方向への車両の移動を抑制することが可能な、制駆動力制御装置及び制駆動力制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】走行路面の勾配が勾配閾値よりも大きいと、発進操作を未検出の状態では、走行路面の勾配に応じて車両の停止状態を保持する制動トルクを算出し、発進操作を検出すると、走行路面Lの勾配に応じて車両Cの停止状態を保持するための停止保持必要駆動トルクを発生させる駆動トルクを算出し、駆動トルクが停止保持必要駆動トルクまで増加すると、加減速ペダル22の操作量に応じた駆動トルクを停止保持必要駆動トルクに合算した合算トルクを算出するとともに、制動トルクの発生を停止させる。【選択図】図5
