PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for ensuring the position measurement of an object with a simple device configuration.SOLUTION: One measuring side terminal of a pair of mobile communication terminals 1 comprised in a mobile body transmits a measurement signal (17), and receives a response signal transmitted as a response from the other measured side terminal that has received the measurement signal (17). The measuring side terminal measures distance between itself and the measured side terminal on the basis of the received response signal (18). In addition, the measuring side terminal measures its position (16).
