The present disclosure is to measure a three-dimensional position of a specified target point highly accurately with a simple configuration. A relative position measuring device 10 includes a sensor 102 and a calculating part 50. The sensor 102 has a monocular camera 20 configured to capture an image, and a ranging part 30 configured to measure relative three-dimensional coordinates of a characteristic point in the image. The calculating part 50 determines relative three-dimensional coordinates of a target point specified in the image based on the result of ranging of the characteristic point.
