PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of testing the durability of an inner liner efficiently in high precision.SOLUTION: A method of testing the durability of an inner liner 20 relating to the present invention employs a travel testing machine 2 having a projection whose height is 5 mm or more and 50 mm or less in height on a travelling surface 8. This testing method includes: (1) a step of making a tire 4 and the travelling surface 8 contact each other in such a manner as to be 10 mm or more and 60 mm or less in an axial distance D between a contact point P and an end 26 of a belt 18, while the contact point P when the projection contacts a tread surface 28 of the tire 4 is positioned further inside in the axial direction than an end 26 of the belt 18 of the tire 4; (2) a step of loading a burden on the tire 4; and (3) a step of causing the tire 4 to travel on the travelling surface 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】精度よく効率的にインナーライナーの耐久性を試験する方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係るインナーライナー20の耐久性の試験方法は、その走行面8上に高さが5mm以上50mm以下である突起を有する走行試験機2を使用する。この試験方法は、(1)上記突起がタイヤ4のトレッド面28と接触したときの接触点Pがこのタイヤ4のベルト18の端26よりも軸方向内側であって、この接触点Pとこのベルト18の端26との軸方向距離Dが10mm以上60mm以下となるように、上記タイヤ4と上記走行面8とを接触させる工程、(2)上記タイヤ4に荷重を負荷する工程及び(3)上記タイヤ4を上記走行面8に対して走行させる工程を有する。【選択図】図3
