PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driven sheave groove regeneration processing method capable of regenerating a rope groove within a short time with the rotational speed of a driven sheave not being constrained by the travel speed of an elevator car during the regeneration processing of the rope groove, a driven sheave, and an elevator using the same.SOLUTION: A main rope connected to an elevator car is removed from the rope groove of the driving sheave 4 of a hoist 5 and the rope groove 10d of a deflector sheave 10 (driven sheave), and in the wound state of a driving force transmission rope 12 on the rope groove of the driving sheave 4 and the groove sheave 11 of the deflector sheave 10, the driving sheave 4 is rotated to move the driving force transmission rope 12, thereby regenerating the rope groove 10d by lathe-turning via a process machine 90 while transmitting a rotary driving force to the groove sheave 11 via the driving force transmission rope 12 to rotate the deflector sheave 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】ロープ溝の再生加工時に、従動シーブの回動速度がエレベータかごの移動速度による制約を受けることがなく、ロープ溝を短時間で再生加工できる従動シーブの溝再生加工方法、従動シーブおよびそれを用いたエレベータを提供する。【解決手段】巻上機5の駆動シーブのロープ溝および4そらせ車10(従動シーブ)のロープ溝10dからエレベータかごに接続された主ロープを外し、駆動シーブ4のロープ溝およびそらせ車10の溝車11に駆動力伝達ロープ12を巻き掛けた状態で、駆動シーブ4を回動して駆動力伝達ロープ12を移動させることにより、この駆動力伝達ロープ12を介して溝車11に回転駆動力を伝達させてそらせ車10を回動しながら、加工機90により旋削することでロープ溝10dを再生加工する。【選択図】図5
