PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling aeraulic device for cooling a railway vehicle element.SOLUTION: The aeraulic device 10 includes a conductor 24 designed to be disposed on the roof of a railway vehicle, and the conductor continuously includes a front part 32 substantially extending in a longitudinal direction with respect to the railway vehicle and having a front opening 28 for sucking air, a center part 34 for housing an element 12 to be cooled, and a rear part 36 having a rear opening 30 for discharging exhaust air. The surface 24 of the conductor 24 having a cross section progressively changes so as to cause acceleration of an airflow in the conductor from the front opening 28 to the rear opening 30 by using a venturi effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
