PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the configuration of a transmitter disposed near a cylindrical part which receives a hydrogen fuel in a fuel cell vehicle and to secure a wider joint surface where a base part is joined to a cover part between the cylindrical part and a transmission device.SOLUTION: A transmitter comprises a transmission device 25a; a base part 22 mounting thereon the transmission device 25a; and a cover part 21 joined to the base part 22 and covering the transmission device 25a, and is configured so that a normal 11 of a cylinder-part-side joint surface 29 closer to a cylindrical part 1a than the transmission device in the joint surface where the base part 22 is joined to the cover part is inclined with respect to an axis of the cylindrical part 1a so as to be closer to the axis 10 of the cylindrical part 1a from a root 1d of the cylindrical part to a tip end 1c when the transmitter is disposed near the cylindrical part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
