PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method of an easily produced resin pipe that reduces variation of thickness of a blow molded article using a blow molding die.SOLUTION: A blow molding die 10 is formed with a plurality of cavities and provided with slide cores 23, 33 partitioning the plurality of cavities. The blow molding die 10 is opened, the slide cores 23, 33 are made to retreat from a cavity surface to integrate the plurality of cavities to form one cavity, a parison 8 is located therein, and a primary blow is applied to the parison 8. The slide cores 23, 33 are made to enter the inside of the cavity to separate the integrated cavity into a plurality of cavities, and the parison 8 abutting on the cavity surface is separated with connecting parts 4 being left at a plurality of parts. A secondary blow is applied to the plurality of parts of the parison 8 to mold a plurality of resin pipes 2, 3 with the resin pipes being integrally connected by the connecting parts 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ブロー成形金型を使用して、ブロー成形品の肉厚のバラツキを少なくして、製造の容易な樹脂パイプのブロー成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】ブロー成形金型10は、複数のキャビティーが形成され、複数のキャビティーを仕切るスライドコア23、33を設ける。ブロー成形金型10を開き、スライドコア23、33をキャビティー面から後退させて、複数のキャビティーを一体化させて1個のキャビティーとし、パリソン8を位置させ、パリソン8に一次ブローを行う。スライドコア23、33をキャビティーの内部に進入させ、一体化されたキャビティーを複数のキャビティーに分離させ、キャビティー面に当接したパリソン8を複数の部分に接続部4を残して分離する。パリソン8の複数の部分に2次ブローを行い、複数の樹脂パイプ2、3を一体的に接続部4により接続されて成形する。【選択図】図1
