폴리에틸렌계 발포 수지를 사용한 발포 블로우 성형품에 있어서, 경량이고, 또한 저렴하며, 품질이 우수한 발포 블로우 성형품을 제공한다. 폴리에틸렌 수지를 포함하는 수지 재료를 발포 블로우 성형함으로써 형성되는 발포 블로우 성형품이다. 발포 수지는 산화 방지제를 함유하고, 산화 방지제의 총함유량이 300ppm 이상이다. 산화 방지제는 인계 산화 방지제와 페놀계 산화 방지제를 병용하는 것이 바람직하고, 그 최적 함유량은 인계 산화 방지제가 250ppm∼3000ppm, 페놀계 산화 방지제가 250ppm∼750ppm이다. 제조시에는 산화 방지제가 300ppm 이상 첨가된 수지와 회수 수지 재료를 용융 혼련하고, 발포제를 혼입함으로써 발포 수지로 하고, 당해 발포 수지를 블로우 성형한다.

    To provide a lightweight and inexpensive blow-molded foam including a polyethylene foamed resin and having the excellent quality. A blow-molded foam is provided by foaming and blow-molding the resin material including a polyethylene resin. The foamed resin includes the antioxidant by 300 ppm or more in total. The antioxidant is preferably the combination of a phosphorus antioxidant and a phenolic antioxidant. The optimum amount of phosphorus antioxidant to be included is 250 ppm to 3000 ppm, and that of phenolic antioxidant is 250 ppm to 750 ppm. In the manufacture, the collected resin material and the resin including 300 ppm or more of the antioxidant are melted and kneaded and the foaming agent is mixed thereto to provide the foamed resin, and the foamed resin is blow-molded.
