PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the shift operation of a gear shift lever to a high-speed reverse position without increasing an operation load for an operator even in a steering wheel noninversion working state.SOLUTION: The shift restriction mechanism includes a first shift restriction member 24 for restricting the shift operation of a main gear shift lever 9 to a high-speed reverse position in a steering wheel inversion working state, and a second shift restriction member 25 for restricting the shift operation of the main gear shift lever 9 to a high-speed reverse position in a steering wheel noninversion working state. The first shift restriction member 24 is displaced to a shift restriction position according to the operation of a shift restriction switching operation tool 26 to a first operation position, the second shift restriction member 25 is displaced to a shift nonrestriction position, the first shift restriction member 24 is displaced to a shift nonrestriction position according to the operation of the shift restriction switching operation tool 26 to a second operation position, and the second shift restriction member 25 is displaced to a shift restriction position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
