PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent divided shaft parts from being slipping-out from a sliding and fitting part without enlarging a diameter.SOLUTION: A first pole (N pole) 25 of a first magnet 21 at an outer peripheral surface side of a first shaft part 15 and a second pole (S pole) 26 of a second magnet 22 at an inner peripheral surface side of a second shaft part 16 are coupled by magnetic force, thereby, fitting between the first shaft part 15 and the second shaft part 16 at a sliding and fitting part 11 is kept.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
