PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure which can achieve prevention of generation of allophone and variation of steering force over a long term.SOLUTION: When processing for forming an engaging groove 28a at a portion close to an opening on an inner peripheral surface of a sub-storage part 12b, this processing is not carried out at a circumferential direction one position of the portion close to the opening on the inner peripheral surface, whereby a whirl stop salient 32, which projects to a radial direction inner side with respect to a bottom surface of the engaging groove 28a, is provided on said portion. In the state that a snap ring 29a is engaged with the engaging groove 28a, the swirl stop salient 32 is positioned between a pair of engaging arm parts 34, 34 which constitute the snap ring 29a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】異音の発生及び操舵力の変動の防止を、長期間に亙って図れる構造を実現する。【解決手段】副収納部12bの内周面の開口寄り部分に、係止溝28aを形成する為の加工を施す際に、この内周面の開口寄り部分のうちの円周方向1箇所位置にこの加工を施さない事により、当該部分に係止溝28aの底面よりも径方向内方に突出する、回り止め凸部32を設ける。止め輪29aを係止溝28aに係止した状態で、回り止め凸部32を、止め輪29aを構成する1対の係止腕部34、34同士の間部分に位置させる。【選択図】図4
