PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent automatic lock of a door when there are any passengers, by correctly detecting any remaining passengers, without using any equipment used for detecting passengers only.SOLUTION: Tire inflation pressure and wheel load are acquired on the basis of detection signals from a pressure sensor 11 and vibration detection element 12 provided in a tire-side device 1. On the basis of these, the presence or absence of any passengers is determined. If there are any passengers, automatic locking is prevented when a driver gets off the vehicle. The tire-side device 1 and a receiver 21 are basically used for detecting tire inflation pressure. By using each configuration for detecting this tire inflation pressure, it is possible to determine the presence or absence of any passengers under automatic lock control exerted when a driver gets off the vehicle. Accordingly, equipment can be shared, and the need for equipment used for only detecting passengers is eliminated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】同乗者の検出のみに用いる設備を備えなくても、残っている同乗者を的確に検知して、残っている同乗者が居る場合にドアをオートロックしないようにする。【解決手段】タイヤ側装置1に備えられた圧力センサ11および振動検出素子12の検出信号に基づいてタイヤ空気圧や車輪荷重を取得し、これらに基づいて同乗者の有無を判定する。そして、同乗者が有る場合には、降車時にオートロックが掛からないようにする。タイヤ側装置1や受信機21は、基本的にはタイヤ空気圧の検出の為に用いられるものであり、このタイヤ空気圧の検出の為の各構成を用いて、降車時のオートロック制御における同乗者の有無の判定が行えるようにしている。したがって、設備の共通化を図ることが可能となり、同乗者の検出のみに用いる設備を備えなくても済む。【選択図】図1
