The invention provides an automatic lock catch for an ultrathin elevator lock. The automatic lock catch comprises a crank arm ratchet wheel, a lock column and a linkage assembly, wherein the linkage assembly communicates with the crank arm ratchet wheel; and the linkage assembly can drive the crank arm ratchet wheel to clamp onto the lock column. The crank arm ratchet wheel and a limiting wrench are arranged, so that the automatic lock catch is more compact in structure and is higher in space utilization rate in comparison with a lock catch structure in the prior art, and saves space of a lockbody; a right arm of the limiting wrench is blocked into blocking teeth of the crank arm ratchet wheel, so that the crank arm ratchet wheel can be prevented from freely rotating to affect locking effect; and the blocking teeth are arranged, so that the crank arm ratchet wheel is provided with multiple clamping positions, and therefore, the automatic lock catch is higher in practicability.
