PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering control device that ensures that the effective transfer ratio of a steering angle of steered front wheels to a steering wheel steering angle is a linearly stable value over a wide steering range even when a bush formed from an elastic material such as rubber is assembled into a steering system.SOLUTION: Steering-transfer-ratio control means for reducing a transfer ratio of a steering angle of steered front wheels to a steering angle of a steering wheel when an angle of tire slideslip of the steered front wheels is in a region in which self-aligning torque is reduced as the angle of tire slideslip increases as opposed to when the angle of tire slideslip of the steered front wheels is in a region in which the self-aligning torque is increased as the angle of tire slideslip increases, is incorporated into a vehicle steering control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
