PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile enabling generation of negative pressure by using compression air stored in a low-pressure reservoir.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a regenerative control method for an automobile that includes a high-pressure accumulator 14 and a low-pressure reservoir 15 connected via an oil pump motor 13 to store oil under pressure. The oil pump motor 13 functions as an oil pump, and when oil is sent from the low-pressure reservoir 15 to the high-pressure accumulator 14, gas is sent to the low-pressure reservoir 15. The oil pump motor 13 functions as a hydraulic motor, and when the oil in the high-pressure accumulator 14 is returned to the low-pressure reservoir 15, the gas stored in the low-pressure reservoir 15 is compressed. The compressed gas is extracted from the low-pressure reservoir 15 and by using the gas, negative pressure is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
