PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser scan type display device capable of suppressing the performance reduction of a laser light source.SOLUTION: A light source 110 emits laser light. A scanning part 120 scans the laser light emitted from the light source 110, to generate an information image M. A light source temperature detection part 111 estimates the temperature T of the light source 110. When it is determined that the temperature T of the light source 110 estimated by the light source temperature detection part 111 is a predetermined threshold T1 or more, a control part 300 reduces and/or not displays at least a part of the information image M, to reduce the driving amount of the light source 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】レーザー光源の性能低下を抑えることができるレーザ走査型表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】光源110は、レーザー光を出射し、走査部120は、光源110から出射されるレーザー光を走査することで情報画像Mを生成し、光源温度検出部111は、光源110の温度Tを推定し、制御部300は、光源温度検出部111が推定する光源110の温度Tが所定の閾値T1以上であると判定した場合、情報画像Mの少なくとも一部を縮小または/および非表示とすることで光源110の駆動量を低下させる。【選択図】図1
