PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently cool a driving circuit 50, a capacitor 51, and switching elements SW1,...SW6.SOLUTION: A driving circuit 50, a capacitor 51, and switching elements SW1,...SW6 can be respectively brought into contact with proper planes of a plane surface 26a and a side face 26b of a projecting portion 25 according to their body types. Accordingly, the driving circuit 50, the capacitor 51, and the switching elements SW1,...SW6 can be sufficiently cooled. Thus an inverter circuit 80 composed of the switching elements SW1,...SW6, the driving circuit 50, and the capacitor 51 can be sufficiently cooled even in a high temperature environment in an engine room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
