PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize a battery condition without using a tester.SOLUTION: The battery determination device is configured to comprise: a microphone (11) for taking in startup sound of an engine (2); a frequency analysis unit (12) for analyzing frequency of waveform data of startup sound of the engine and extracting frequency which shows a starting point of an operation cycle of the engine; a voltage determination unit (13) for, on the basis of the frequency which shows the starting point of the operation cycle, determining whether or not a battery voltage is appropriate; and a display (14) for displaying a determination result of the battery voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
