PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary restoration operation apparatus for a machine-room-less elevator installed in a base-isolated building, which makes it possible to increase an upper limit of an earthquake at which a temporary restoration operation during the earthquake is executable.SOLUTION: A elevator temporary restoration operation apparatus 30 during an earthquake is disposed in a machine-room-less elevator 1 installed in a base-isolated building and temporarily restores the machine-room-less elevator 1 on the basis of a low Gal and a high Gal to be detected during occurrence of an earthquake. An earthquake sensor 4 for the temporary restoration operation that detects the high Gal is disposed at a top of a hoistway 8. A reference value when the earthquake sensor is disposed in an elevator machine room can be set as a value of the high Gal, thus making it possible to increase an upper limit of an earthquake at which the temporary restoration operation during the earthquake is executable in the machine-room-less elevator installed in the base-isolated building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震時仮復旧運転が可能な地震の上限を拡大できる、免震建物に設置される機械室レスエレベーターの地震時仮復旧運転装置を提供する。【解決手段】免震建物に設置される機械室レスエレベーター1に設けられ、地震発生時に検知される低Galおよび高Galに基づいて機械室レスエレベーター1を仮復旧するエレベーターの地震時仮復旧運転装置30において、高Galを検知する仮復旧運転用地震感知器4を昇降路8の頂部に設置する。高Galの値として、エレベーター機械室に地震感知器を設置する場合の基準値が設定できるので、免震建物に設置される機械室レスエレベーターにおいて地震時仮復旧運転が可能な地震の上限を拡大できる。【選択図】図1
