PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of electric power facility capacity for reducing the electric power facility capacity, by restraining-controlling peak power generated when a maximum number of trains travel in the same feeding section of an electric power facility at a speed by reliable means.SOLUTION: A control system 1 of electric power facility capacity comprises control devices 7a and 7b of trains 18 and 19 for traveling in the same signal control section, an electric power facility 2 for monitoring a return-wire current quantity in a feeding section overlapping with this same signal control section by a current detector 3 and an ATC device 10 for transmitting-receiving with the control devices 7a and 7b via a signal system. The ATC device 10 transmits a command on a speed of the trains 18 and 19 by variation in the return-wire current quantity.

    【課題】電力施設の同一饋電区間を最大数の列車が走行する場合に発生するピーク電力を速で確実な手段により抑制制御し、電力施設容量を低減させる電力施設容量の制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】本電力施設容量の制御システム1は、同一信号制御区間を走行する列車18,19の制御装置7a,7bと、この同一信号制御区間と重複した饋電区分における帰線電流量を電流検出器3にて監視する電力施設2と、信号システムを経由して前記制御装置7a,7bと送受信するATC装置10と、を備え、ATC装置10が帰線電流量の変動により、列車18,19の速度に関する指令を発信する。【選択図】図1
