To provide an electric power generation facility that can efficiently realize an increase in the number of natural energy motive power conversion devices.SOLUTION: An electric power generation facility 1 comprises: a floating body 3 moored and floating on a water surface; a plurality of motive power conversion modules M1 provided on the floating body 3, and for converting tidal currents and wave forces into motive power; a common electric power generation module M2 for converting the motive power guided from the respective motive power conversion modules M1, into electric power; and an electric power transmission module M3 for transmitting the electric power generated by the electric power generation module M2, to the outside.
