PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rear suspension structure capable of extending the life of each plate spring with a simple structure and cutting the cost required for working.SOLUTION: A vehicle rear suspension structure comprises: a leaf spring 13 including a plurality of plate springs 13a to 13e; a multilayer element 7 including rubber plates and metal plates alternately built up and including an attachment plate 7a on an upper side; and a pad member 8 disposed between the lowermost plate spring 13a of the leaf spring 13 and the plate spring 13b on the lowermost plate spring 13a, and holding the lowermost plate spring 13a of the leaf spring 13 between the pad member 8 and the attachment plate 7a of the multilayer element 7 so as to couple the leaf spring 13 to the multilayer element 7, the lowermost plate spring 13a of the leaf spring 13 being configured as a tapered spring whose cross-section is reduced from a longitudinal intermediate portion toward both ends.
