[Problem to be Solved]To enhance a flexibility in a layout and size of equipment to be arranged closer to a rear side of a bottom portion of a vehicle.[Solution]A rear suspension structure for a vehicle 100 includes: a knuckle 1 that rotatably supports a rear wheel W; an upper link 2A that connects an upper portion of the knuckle 1 with a vehicle body; and a lower link 3A that connects a lower portion of the knuckle 1 with the vehicle body, below the upper link 2A, also holds a lower end portion of a coil spring 9, and has a front lower arm 3, and a rear lower arm 4 which is arranged rearward of the front lower arm 3 in a vehicle-front-rear direction. A front lower inner connecting portion 31 of the front lower arm 3 is positioned in an outer side in a vehicle width direction than a rear lower inner connecting portion 41 of the rear lower arm 4, in plan view as viewed from one side in the vehicle-front-rear direction.
