PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a contactor failure in a charging circuit, which controls to switch on and off on the external charger side, and a control circuit of the contactor in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A charging circuit 100 includes: a positive side terminal 212; a negative side terminal 214; a positive side contactor 220; a negative side contactor 222; and a contactor control circuit 224 which switches on/off contactors 220, 222 using a control current from an external power supply. Failure judgment means 234 judges the existence or non-existence of a failure of the conductors 220, 222 on the basis of: a drive state of a first driver elements 230A which drives by a potential difference between the positive side terminal 212 of the positive side contactor 220 and the battery 200 side of the negative side contactor 222; a drive state of a second driver element 230B which drives by a potential difference between the negative side terminal 214 of the negative side contactor 222 and the battery 200 side of the positive side contactor 220; and a control state by the contactor control circuit 224.
