PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve failure determination precision of a contactor.SOLUTION: A contactor failure determination device 10 determines failure of a contactor group provided on a power supply line that connects a drive motor 24 in a vehicle with a battery 22. A failure determination part 104 sequentially opens/closes the contactor group if a predetermined failure determination trigger occurs, and based on a change in voltage Vc of a capacitor 264 that follows the opening/closing, determines whether there occurs a failure in any one of the contactor group. Meanwhile, the failure determination part 104 does not perform failure determination even if the failure determination trigger occurs in a vehicle when traveling at a predetermined speed or faster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンタクタの故障判定精度を向上させる。【解決手段】コンタクタ故障判定装置10は、車両内の駆動用モータ24とバッテリ22とを結ぶ電源ライン上に設けられたコンタクタ群の故障を判定する。故障判定部104は、所定の故障判定トリガが発生した場合、コンタクタ群を順次開閉し、当該開閉に伴うコンデンサ264の電圧Vcの変化に基づいてコンタクタ群のいずれかに故障が生じているか否かを判定する。一方で故障判定部104は、車両が所定速度以上で走行している場合には、故障判定トリガが発生しても故障判定を実施しない。【選択図】図1
