PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle battery fitting structure capable of reducing damage of a battery during accident occurrence time.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery fitting structure comprises: a travel battery 22; and a connection member 66 for connecting the travel battery to a frame structure body 20 serving as a skeleton member. The frame structure body 20 comprises a side member 24 extending in a cross direction, and a cross member extending in a vehicle width direction. The side member 24 has a deformation promotion part H where rigidity to deformation is set to become lower than other parts. The travel battery is disposed so as to stride over the deformation promotion part H in a cross direction in side view, and one end of the connection member is attached to a first fitting part of the frame structure body disposed on a front part of the deformation promotion part H, and the other end of the connection member 66 is attached to a second fitting part 62e of the travel battery disposed on a rear part of the deformation promotion part H and lower part of the first fitting part.
