To provide a fitting structure of a vehicle battery charger which can improve rigidity of a fitting part of the battery charger in a structure where the battery charger is attached to a rear floor panel with a recess.SOLUTION: A fitting structure of a vehicle battery charger comprises: a rear floor panel 10 with a recess 10A recessed in a lower side of a vehicle which is arranged in a rear side of the vehicle; a first bracket 12 with first fitting parts 22, 24 which are bended along a peripheral part 10B of the recess 10A in the rear floor panel 10, fixed to the real floor panel 10 and to which a battery charger can be attached; and a second bracket 14 with a second fitting part which is fixed to the recess 10A and to which the battery charger 16 can be attached. One end part of the first bracket 12 is arranged at a position overlapped with a side member 30 in plan view, and the other part of the first bracket 12 is arranged at a position overlapped with a component 32 that is connected to the rear floor panel 10 in the plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
