PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of problems resulting from a change in the direction of power balance during gearshift.SOLUTION: A hybrid electric vehicle control device controls a hybrid electric vehicle 1 that includes an internal combustion engine 200; a power source including a first motor-generator MG1 and a second motor generator MG2; a power division mechanism 300; a transmission unit 400; and a battery 20. The hybrid electric vehicle control device comprises: prediction means predicting a power balance excessive direction and a power balance excessive amount accompanying gearshift; and control means controlling power output from the internal combustion engine 200 during gearshift on the basis of the predicted power balance excessive direction and the power balance excessive amount.

    【課題】変速時の電力収支方向の変化に起因する不都合の発生を防止する。【解決手段】ハイブリッド車両の制御装置は、内燃機関200、第1電動機MG1及び第2電動機MG2を含む動力源と、動力分割機構300、変速部400と、バッテリ20とを備えるハイブリッド車両1を制御する。ハイブリッド車両の制御装置は、変速に伴う電力収支超過方向及び電力収支超過量を予測する予測手段と、予測された電力収支超過方向及び電力収支超過量に基づいて、変速時における内燃機関の出力を制御する制御手段とを備える。【選択図】図1
