PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery liquid temperature estimation device capable of improving the estimation accuracy of battery liquid temperature, compared with a conventional art.SOLUTION: A battery liquid temperature estimation device comprises: a temperature detector 31 that sequentially detects an atmosphere temperature in the vicinity of a battery 3; a vehicle velocity detector 41 that detects a vehicle velocity; an intake air temperature detector 21 that detects an intake air temperature of an engine 2; a filter time constant setting unit 42 that sets a filter time constant Kd for estimating a battery liquid temperature T on the basis of the vehicle velocity Vs detected by the vehicle velocity detector 41 and the intake air temperature Ti detected by the intake air temperature detector 21; and a battery liquid temperature estimation unit 43 that sequentially estimates the battery liquid temperature T on the basis of the temperature detection value t of the temperature detector 31 and the filter time constant Kd that is set by the filter time constant setting unit 42.
