PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of increasing a force for holding a steering wheel in a position after adjustment, while restraining manufacturing costs and a width-direction dimension from increasing.SOLUTION: An engaging piece 33, a leaf spring 34, a side plate 35 and a thrust bearing 26 are held in a sandwiched state in order from the side of a one support plate part 22a between an outside surface of the one support plate part 22a and an inside surface of a nut 25. A pair of locking claw parts 44 and 44 is provided in the leaf spring 34 in the state of protruding to the outside in a width direction. A plurality of locking holes 47 and 47 capable of being engaged with both the locking claw parts 44 and 44 are provided at regular intervals with respect to a longitudinal direction, in the side plate 35.
