PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle comprising a structurally simple heat-resistant floor with high heat resistance.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle 100 includes: a floor board 40; a heat absorbing layer 60 that is provided below the floor board 40 to absorb heat; and a support plate 20 for supporting the heat absorbing layer 60 from below. The support plate 20 comprises a heat-resistant floor 10 that includes a contact part 21 brought into contact with the heat absorbing layer 60, and a separated part 22 continuously formed in a vehicle width direction from the contact part 21, put away downward from the heat absorbing layer 60 and extended in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
