PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to so detach a tire as to prevent damage of a wheel due to contact between a tool side and the wheel even if the tire comprises a reinforced tire or a hard tire having a large diameter.SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 70, on which a wheel stationery part 72 is provided, rotatably penetrates a base plate 64 of a movable base 62 and is driven by a motor 74. A pair of projection members 66, 68 are formed in substantially parallel to each other on a rear face 64B of the base plate, and the projection members 66, 68 are provided with openings of substantially circular shape. Cams 82, 84, 92, 94 are eccentrically attached to shafts 76, 86, which penetrate the openings and are rotatably supported on a frame upper surface 12A, at positions corresponding to the openings. When a rod 128 of a hydraulic cylinder 120 is telescopically moved, the movable base 62 moves in both of an axial direction of the rotary shaft 70 and a direction orthogonal to the axial direction simultaneously via a link mechanism 100, thereby forming a suitable clearance 140 between a tool 34 side and a wheel 50.

    【課題】強化タイヤや、径が大きく固いタイヤでも、工具側とホイールの接触によってホイールが傷つかないようにタイヤを取り外す。【解決手段】ホイール固定部72が設けられた回転軸70は、可動ベース62のベースプレート64を回転可能に貫通し、モータ74により駆動される。ベースプレート裏面64Bには、一対の突出部材66,68が略平行に形成され、該突出部材66,68には略円形の開口部が形成される。前記開口部を貫通し、かつ、フレーム上面12Aの裏面に回転可能に支持される軸76,86には、開口部に対応する位置に、カム82,84,92,94が偏心して取り付けられる。油圧シリンダ120のロッド128を伸縮すると、リンク機構100を介し、可動ベース62が、回転軸70の軸方向と、それに直交する方向の双方向に同時に移動し、工具34側とホイール50の間に適当な隙間140を形成する。【選択図】図5
