PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground fault determination device that can attain enhancement in determination accuracy of a ground fault.SOLUTION: A ground fault determination device 2 comprises: an oscillation circuit 21 that outputs an AC signal of a prescribed oscillation frequency to be applied to ground insulation resistance 30 of a battery 11; a coupling capacitor 23 that is provided between the oscillation circuit 21 and the ground insulation resistance 30; and control means 26 that takes in the AC signal between the oscillation circuit 21 and the coupling capacitor 23, calculates a peak value of the AC signal and sets a frequency of the AC signal to be output from the oscillation circuit 21 to be variable. The control means 26 is configured to correct a first peak value calculated when a set frequency of the oscillation circuit 21 is a first frequency for a ground fault determination on the basis of a second peak value calculated when the set frequency thereof is a second frequency different from the first frequency, and execute a ground fault determination of the battery 11 on the basis of a post-corrected peak value.
