PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device for a tire that, even in high speed travelling such as 300 km per hour or more of a vehicle equipped with tires for high-speed travelling, can suppress a band member from being plastically deformed due to heat of the tires and exhibit sufficiently a noise reduction function even during the high speed travelling, and a pneumatic tire comprising the noise reduction device.SOLUTION: A noise reduction device for a tire has a sound absorption material formed of a porous material and an annularly-shaped band member for attaching the sound absorption material to the inner surface of the tire, where the sound absorption material is fastenedly attached to the inner surface side of the annular band member. The band member is constituted of thermoplastic resin and a heat insulating layer is provided on an outer face side of the annular band member. A pneumatic tire is mounted with the noise reduction device.

    【課題】高速走行用タイヤで、時速300km以上などの高速走行をしたときであっても、タイヤの熱によるバンド部材の塑性変形を抑止することができ、そうした高速走行のもとでも騒音低減機能を十分に発揮することができるタイヤ用騒音低減装置と該騒音低減装置を備えた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】多孔質材料からなる吸音材と、該吸音材をタイヤ内面に装着するため環状に形成されたバンド部材を有し、該環状のバンド部材の内面側に前記吸音材を固定して取り付けたタイヤ用騒音低減装置において、前記バンド部材を熱可塑性樹脂で構成するとともに、該環状のバンド部材の外面側に断熱層を設けたタイヤ用騒音低減装置であり、該騒音低減装置を装着した空気入りタイヤ。【選択図】図1
