PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill plate of a vehicle which can easily perform getting-on/off with respect to a cab which is located high while suppressing the complication of attachment work and an increase of the number of part items, and a sill plate structure.SOLUTION: A sill plate structure of a vehicle comprises a sill plate 11, a thin-thickness reinforcing member and a heavy-thickness reinforcing member. The sill plate 11 is arranged along a lower edge of a door opening, and has a plate front part 43, a plate rear part 44 and a gripping part 45. The plate rear part 44 has a thin-thickness part 50 and a heavy-thickness part 51, and a thickness of the thin-thickness part 50 in a vehicle width direction is formed thinner than a thickness of the heavy-thickness part 51 in the vehicle width direction. The gripping part 45 is formed substantially in a center part in a fore-and-aft direction of the thin-thickness part 50, and a carved seal 46 indicating a position of the gripping part 45 is applied to an external face of the gripping part 45 in the vehicle width direction. A thin-thickness reinforcing member is arranged in an internal space of the thin-thickness part 50, and a heavy-thickness reinforcing member is arranged in an internal space of the heavy-thickness part 51.
