PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a joint component that can put a first work closer to a second work so that the position of a management point for managing position precision on the first work does not shift relatively to the second work even if a gripping position for the first work shifts when the first work is gripped and put closer to the second work during manufacture of the joint component formed by joining the first work to the second work.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device and a manufacturing method according to the present invention make a hand 12 grip a gripping point 91 on a first work 81 positioned on the straight line connecting a management point 90 and a first point 81a and between the management point and first point, first. The first work is put closer to the second work along the straight line connecting the management point and first point so that the first work and second work 80 form a contact. In this state, the first work is put closer to the second work by controlling an operation of a joint part so as to form a joint component 1.

    【課題】第1のワークを第2のワークに接合して形成される接合部品の製造において、第1のワークを把持して第2のワークに接近させる際に、第1のワークの把持位置がずれても、第1のワーク上の位置精度を管理する管理ポイントの位置が第2のワークに対する相対的な位置がずれないように接近させることが可能な接合部品の製造装置および製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る製造装置および製造方法は、まず、管理ポイント90と第1の点81aとを結んだ直線上で、かつ、管理ポイントと第1の点との間に位置する第1のワーク81上の把持点91をハンド12により把持させる。次に、管理ポイントと第1の点とを結んだ直線に沿って、第1のワークと第2のワーク80とが接点を形成するように第1のワークを第2のワークに接近させる。この状態で接合部の動作を制御して第1のワークを第2のワークに接合させて接合部品1を形成する。【選択図】図7
