PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular collision control device capable of retaining the safety of a crewmember properly even in the case where its own vehicle is inevitable for a collision.SOLUTION: A vehicular collision control device 1 comprises: an own vehicle periphery monitoring part 3; a collision determination part 5; a prediction part 6 for calculating a collision range on the basis of a monitoring result by the own vehicle periphery monitoring part 3 and the state of an own vehicle 2, in the case where it is decided by the collision determination part 5 that the own vehicle 2 cannot avoid the collision; an occupant detection part 7; a determination part 8 for determining whether the passenger resides within the collision range or not, on the basis of the detection result by the occupant detection part 7 and the collision range calculated by the prediction part 6, and determining a collision position on the basis of the determination result and the distance between a collision position at which the own vehicle collides with an external object and the position of a fuel pipe of the own vehicle 2; and a control part 9 for controlling the advancement of said own vehicle 2 in accordance with the collision position in the own vehicle 2 determined by the determination part 8.

    【課題】自車両が衝突不可避の場合であっても乗員の安全性を適正に確保することができる車両用衝突制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両用衝突制御装置1は、自車両周辺監視部3と、衝突判定部5と、衝突判定部5によって自車両2が衝突不可避であると判定された場合に、自車両周辺監視部3による監視結果、及び、自車両2の状態に基づいて衝突範囲を算出する予測部6と、乗員検知部7と、乗員検知部7による検知結果と予測部6によって算出された衝突範囲とに基づいて、衝突範囲内に乗員が存在するか否かを判定し、判定結果、及び、自車両2において外部物体と衝突させる衝突部位と自車両2の燃料配管位置との距離に基づいて、衝突部位を決定する判定部8と、判定部8によって決定された自車両2における衝突部位に応じて当該自車両2の進行を制御する制御部9とを備える。【選択図】図1
