PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense an accelerator operation of a driver of a vehicle as a real feeling while suppressing sound pressure fluctuation of a reporting sound.SOLUTION: A vehicle approach reporting device includes a BPF circuit 90 which limits a band width of a reporting sound signal, with a passing band width being variable, a reporting sound signal whose band width being limited by the BPF circuit 90, an adder 45 for adding the reporting sound signal, and a micro computer 10 which controls a filter circuit so that the passing band width is shifted toward a high frequency side as an amount of increase per a unit time of an accelerator open degree of a vehicle becomes larger.

    【課題】通報音の音圧変動を抑制しつつ、車両の運転者のアクセル操作を実感覚として捉えることができるようにする。【解決手段】通過帯域を可変として通報音信号を帯域制限するBPF回路90と、BPF回路90により帯域制限された通報音信号と、通報音信号を加算する加算器45と、車両のアクセル開度の単位時間当たりの増加量が大きくなるほど通過帯域が高周波側にシフトするようにフィルタ回路を制御するマイコン10を備える。【選択図】図1
