PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control unit capable not only of preventing a landing call registration of a car having no ridable space, but also of simplifying the configuration of an elevator apparatus.SOLUTION: An elevator control unit comprises an object dimension estimation part 51, an object-occupied area calculation part 53, a ridable area calculation part 54, and a full occupancy determination part 55. The object dimension estimation part 51 obtains image information corresponding to the shape of an object that crosses a photoelectric unit 4 from the photoelectric unit 4 which includes a plurality of photoelectric elements 41 arranged side by side in a height direction, and which is disposed at an elevator doorway, and by using the image information, estimates the depth-direction dimension and the width-direction dimension of the object. The object-occupied area calculation part 53 calculates an object-occupied area by using the depth-direction dimension and the width-direction dimension of the object. The ridable area calculation part 54 calculates a ridable area by obtaining get-on/get-off information and using the object-occupied area and the get-on/get-off information of the object corresponding to the object-occupied area. The full occupancy determination part 55, by using the ridable area, determines whether a car 1 is fully occupied.
【課題】乗車可能スペースがないかごの乗場呼び登録を防止するとともに、エレベータ装置の構成の簡単化を図ることができるエレベータ制御装置を得る。【解決手段】高さ方向に並べて配置された複数の光電素子41を備えエレベータ出入口に設けられた光電装置4から光電装置4を横切った物体の形状に対応する画像情報を取得し、画像情報を用いて、物体の奥行方向の寸法および幅方向の寸法を推定する物体寸法推定部51と、物体の奥行方向の寸法および幅方向の寸法を用いて、物体占有面積を算出する物体占有面積算出部53と、乗降情報を取得し、物体占有面積と物体占有面積に対応する物体についての乗降情報とを用いて、乗車可能面積を算出する乗車可能面積算出部54と、乗車可能面積を用いて、かご1内が満員であるか否かを判定する満員判定部55とを備えている。【選択図】図1
