PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering device which independently steers left and right rear wheels without increasing an unsprung load.SOLUTION: A structure includes: a first rod 16L connected with one rear wheel 3L; a first driving part 17L which moves the first rod 16L in an axial direction; a second rod 16R connected with the other rear wheel 3R; a second driving part 17R which moves the second rod 16R in the axial direction; a housing 18 which commonly supports the first rod 16L, the first driving part 17L, the second rod 16R, and the second driving part 17R. A rear wheel steering device employs the structure.
