PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a fatigue degree or tension degree of a driver during driving of a vehicle, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A non-linear analysis part 110 of a driver state determination device 100 for determining a fatigue degree or tension degree of a driver during driving acquires a drive operation amount (operation amount related to operation of an accelerator pedal, brake pedal, and handle) related to drive operation of the driver, and performs non-linear analysis processing for calculating a Lyapunov index related to the drive operation amount. A frequency spectrum analysis part 120 calculates power spectrum density of time series data of the Lyapunov index, and calculates an integral value of a predetermined low frequency band and an integral value of a predetermined high frequency band in the calculated power spectrum density. A driver state determination part 130 uses the integral values of the predetermined low and high frequency bands, and determines the fatigue degree or tension degree of the driver, based on the time series change.

    【課題】簡素な構成でドライバの車両運転時の疲労度又は緊張度の判定を行う。【解決手段】ドライバの運転時の疲労度又は緊張度を判定するドライバ状態判定装置100の非線形解析部110が、ドライバの運転操作に係る運転操作量(アクセルペダル、ブレーキペダル、ハンドルなどの操作に係る操作量)を取得し、非線形解析処理を行うことによって運転操作量に関するリアプノフ指数を算出する。周波数スペクトル分析部120が、リアプノフ指数の時系列データのパワースペクトル密度を算出し、算出されたパワースペクトル密度における所定の低周波数帯域の積分値と、所定の高周波数帯域の積分値とを算出する。ドライバ状態判定部130は、所定の低周波数帯域の積分値、及び、所定の高周波数帯域の積分値を用いて、その時系列変化からドライバの疲労度又は緊張度を判定する。【選択図】図1
