To solve the problem that a state of a driver may be determined as a dozing state when eyes of the driver are narrower than usual due to influence of external light or the like.SOLUTION: A driver state determination device includes: an awakening degree determination section 1 for detecting an eye-opening degree of a driver from an image captured by an imaging device for imaging a face of a driver, and determining whether an awakening degree of the driver is lowering when a state in which the eye-opening degree of the driver is equal to or less than an eye-opening degree threshold continues for an awakening degree lowering determination time or more; a warning section 2 for issuing warning to a driver when an awakening degree determination section determines that an awakening degree of the driver is lowering; a warning cancel time measurement section 3 for measuring a warning cancel time being a time from issuing warning to the driver by the warning section to cancelling warning by the driver; and a parameter correction section 4 for correcting an eye-opening degree threshold not to easily determine lowering of an awakening degree when a warning cancel time is within a normal time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
