PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock buffer module capable of stably absorbing energy to the maximum without depending on a physique difference of a passenger.SOLUTION: A shock buffer module which is disposed on the front side of a knee part of a passenger seating on a seat of a vehicle includes: a panel member of which one surface side is arranged as to be opposed to the knee part of the passenger; a shock buffer structure which is connected to the other surface side of the panel member and buffers a shock applied to the panel member; a junction part to the car body side capable of retaining the panel member within a prescribed positional range; and a connection part which connects the junction part and the panel member, can be turned and can exhibit ductility.
