PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program which can acquire fullness/emptiness information of any parking area.SOLUTION: An information processor acquires the speed of a vehicle in the periphery of a parking area from the vehicle or any device such as a terminal device installed in the vehicle. The information processor comprises: a determination part which determines whether or not the parking area is full on the basis of the change in the speed of the vehicle in the periphery of the parking area; and an output part which outputs the determination result by the determination part to another device.

    【課題】任意の駐車場の満空情報を取得できる情報処理装置、情報処理方法、情報処理プログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】情報処理装置は、駐車場の周囲における車両の速度を、車両や車両に設置された端末装置等、任意の装置から取得する。情報処理装置は、駐車場の周囲における車両の速度の変化に基づいて、当該駐車場が満車であるか否かを判定する判定部と、前記判定部による判定結果を他の装置に出力する出力部とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
