PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight resin sock absorption member freely designing a shock absorption characteristic easily.SOLUTION: A resin shock absorption member includes a shock absorption part whose thickness is made substantially constant and which comprises a shock absorption base material. The shock absorption base material is configured such that a plurality of thermoplastic resin base materials having different compression strength in a shock absorption direction are connected.
