PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a rear wheel drive unit of a vehicle which can surely obtain a downward turn by the rear wheel drive unit at a collision of the vehicle, and can alleviate an impact to an occupant.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a rear wheel drive unit of a vehicle comprises: a differential device 1 arranged at a rear part of a vehicle body; a propeller shaft 5 which transmits a drive force of a power unit 2 arranged at a front part of the vehicle body to the differential device 1, and extends to a fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body; a mount connecting part 51 which is arranged while being offset to a vehicle width direction and a vertical direction with respect to an axial core C of the propeller shaft 5 at a rear end part of the differential device 1; a bolt member 52 extending rearward from a rear end part of the mount connecting part 51; a mount member 53 attached to a rear end side portion of the bolt member 52 in a substantially-coaxial state; and an attachment bracket 54 for fixing the mount member 53 to an auxiliary member 16. An extension part 54c which is overlapped with the mount connecting part 51 is arranged at an outside portion of the attachment bracket 54 in the vehicle width direction.
