PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack temperature control device which enables improvement of the assemblability while reducing the costs relating to the manufacturing.SOLUTION: A battery pack temperature control device includes: an evaporator which cools air in a battery case which stores a battery for running a vehicle; an evaporator case 32 which stores the evaporator; and a heater 20 which is attached to the evaporator case 32 and heats the air in the battery case.
