PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress time for reducing total brake force to minimum level during slide, and prevent generation of flat.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle controller 3 comprises: a torque control part for controlling torque of a main motor 4 so as to generate electric brake force based on a brake force command; a determination part for determining whether or not rotation of a wheel 8 will stop before stop of an electric vehicle 10; and an electric control feedback signal output part for, outputting a signal indicating electric brake force which is generated actually, as an electric control feedback signal τ, when it is determined that the rotation of the wheel 8 will not stop before stop of the electric vehicle 10 by the determination part, and for outputting a signal indicating a larger value than that of the electric brake force which is actually generated, as the electric control feedback signal τ, when it is determined that the rotation of the wheel 8 will stop before stop of the electric vehicle 10 by the determination part.

    【課題】滑走時に、トータルのブレーキ力を弱める時間を最小限に抑えつつ、フラットの発生を防止する。【解決手段】電気車制御装置3は、ブレーキ力指令に基づく電気ブレーキ力を発生するように主電動機4のトルクを制御するトルク制御部と、滑走の発生時に、電気車10が停止するよりも先に車輪8の回転が停止しそうであるか否かを判定する判定部と、判定部により電気車10が停止するよりも先に車輪8の回転が停止しそうでないと判定された場合には、実際に発生している電気ブレーキ力を示す信号を電制フィードバック信号τeとして出力し、判定部により電気車10が停止するよりも先に車輪8の回転が停止すると判定された場合には、実際に発生している電気ブレーキ力より大きな値を示す信号を電制フィードバック信号τeとして出力する電制フィードバック信号出力部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
