PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal hydraulic chamber sealing system of a rotary vane steering machine actuator which keeps a space between a hydraulic oil chamber oil-tight.SOLUTION: A segment top end face lateral seal is held on a top end face of a segment 11b. The seal face is brought into contact with a top cover rear face. An upper ring seal 53 is held on the top cover rear face so that the seal face is brought into contact with an outer peripheral edge of a rotor upper end face. An outer peripheral side end edge part of the seal face is brought into contact with a seal face inner peripheral side end edge of the segment top end face lateral seal and a seal face inner peripheral side end edge of a vane upper lateral seal 12g. An upper outer peripheral side ring seal 55 is held on the top cover rear face so that the seal face is brought into contact with an inner peripheral annular part of a housing top end face. The inner peripheral side end edge of the seal face is brought into contact with the seal face outer peripheral side end edge of the segment top end face lateral seal as well as the seal face outer peripheral side end edge of the vane upper lateral seal 12g. A pressure oil is guided to each back face of each upper seal from a hydraulic oil chamber that is on the high pressure side, and pressed against a mating face and a mating edge.

    【課題】作動油室の間を油密に保つロータリーベーン舵取機アクチュエーターの内部油圧室シーリングシステムを提供する。【解決手段】セグメント11bの頂端面にセグメント頂端面横シールを保持し、このシール面をトップカバー裏面に当接させ、トップカバー裏面に上部リングシール53を保持してシール面をローター上部端面の外周縁に当接せしめ、シール面の外周側端縁部をセグメント頂端面横シールのシール面内周側端縁およびベーン上部横シール12gのシール面内周側端縁に当接させ、トップカバー裏面に上部外周側リングシール55を保持してシール面をハウジング頂端面内周円環部に当接せしめ、シール面の内周側端縁部をセグメント頂端面横シールのシール面外周側端縁およびベーン上部横シール12gのシール面外周側端縁に当接させ、上部各シールのそれぞれの背面に高圧側となる作動油室から圧油を導き、相手面および相手縁に押し付ける。【選択図】図1
